This notice explains how NobleCrow handles information when you browse this website or contact us about a project.
Who to contact
NobleCrow is the studio responsible for handling enquiries through this website. You can contact us at info@noblecrowsoft.com with questions about your information.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email, service and project description. Phone number and budget are optional. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
What we use it for
We use the information to understand your request, respond and discuss possible work. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
How the form works
Your browser sends your enquiry to FormSubmit for email delivery to info@noblecrowsoft.com. Your form details and email address are shared with this provider. This website has no enquiry database. If sending fails, your details remain in the open form so you can retry.
Security and technical information
The form uses input validation and a hidden field to help detect automated submissions. FormSubmit handles delivery and its own request checks. Hosting and email providers may retain operational logs. We do not send the contents of your enquiry to analytics services.
Access, retention and providers
Enquiries should be accessible only to the people who need them to respond and plan the work. The business retention schedule, provider arrangements and any international transfers must be confirmed before public launch.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information we hold, request a correction or ask for deletion. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to the business and your location. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection regulator.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics or marketing tools are active in this version. See the cookie policy for the essential storage used by the contact form.
